At Continue Care, our people are at the heart of everything we do.

Our team is led by Registered Nurses and includes experienced support workers who are committed to providing high-quality, respectful disability support. We carefully select our staff not only for their skills and qualifications, but for their compassion, reliability and ability to build genuine connections.

Every member of our team:

• Holds a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability Care
• Has experience supporting people in community and home-based settings
• Demonstrates empathy, respect and cultural awareness
• Is committed to ongoing learning and professional development
• Maintains all required NDIS, police and DHS screening clearances
• Holds current First Aid, Basic Life Support and Manual Handling certifications
• Completes Infection Control and NDIS Worker Orientation training
• Holds a valid driver’s licence and has access to reliable transport
