How to get started
Step 1: Contact us or submit a referral
Getting started is easy. You can complete our online referral form or contact our team directly to begin the conversation. We will take the time to listen, understand your goals and answer any questions you may have.
Step 2: Meet and greet
We will arrange a meeting, either in person or online, to get to know you better and talk through suitable support options. This is also when we finalise your personalised service agreement and complete any remaining intake information, so support is tailored from day one.
Step 3: Support begins
On your agreed start date, your personalised supports will begin. Our experienced and friendly team will be there to support you, offering care that builds confidence, independence and wellbeing.
